The solar PV EPC project for Anhui Xianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has officially commenced. The project is fully undertaken by Toyon Energy, covering the entire process from system design and construction to operation and maintenance.

The official launch of the project marks an important step forward in Xianfeng Pharmaceutical’s green and low-carbon transformation, energy cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvement. It will inject new green momentum into the company’s high-quality and sustainable development.

With significant production energy consumption, Xianfeng Pharmaceutical has long faced high electricity costs, making energy cost optimization a key priority for improving operational efficiency. In response to China’s “Dual Carbon” goals, the company partnered with Toyon Energy to develop a customized distributed solar PV project aimed at optimizing its energy structure and reducing operating costs.

The project adopts an innovative three-in-one development model integrating a solar PV sunroom, waterproof integrated PV roofing for color steel sheets, and a solar PV carport. This approach makes full use of underutilized spaces across the industrial site while adapting to the facility’s production requirements.

Once connected to the grid and fully operational, the project will provide stable, clean, and renewable electricity, effectively replacing conventional grid power. It is expected to save more than RMB 700,000 in electricity costs annually. While significantly reducing operating expenses and improving economic returns, the project will also substantially reduce carbon emissions, creating a win-win outcome between green development and business efficiency.

The project serves as a practical example of how industrial enterprises can achieve low-carbon transformation, energy cost savings, and improved economic performance through distributed solar PV.

Following the successful completion of the groundbreaking ceremony, the project team immediately moved on to the next phase and organized a dedicated construction technical briefing.

The meeting focused on key construction processes, including BIPV rooftop installation, solar PV sunroom construction, and solar carport installation. The team conducted a comprehensive review of construction plans, technical standards, safety requirements, and project milestones.

Considering the structural characteristics of the industrial facility and the key challenges of on-site construction, the team carefully reviewed and optimized each detail, refined protective measures, and further standardized construction requirements and responsibilities.

These preparations provide a solid technical foundation for the project to be delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards, ensuring smooth implementation from construction through completion.
