From March 18 to 19, 2025, the highly anticipated “2025 7th Anhui Distributed Solar & Energy Storage Forum and China (Hefei) Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Power Station Development Seminar” was grandly held in Hefei, Anhui Province. The forum gathered experts and leading enterprises from the photovoltaic and energy storage industries to discuss industry trends and future opportunities. As an important participant in the industry, Toyon Energy was invited to attend the roundtable forum, where Vice General Manager Mr. Liu shared the company’s practical experience in the solar-storage sector and contributed insights for the industry’s high-quality development.

Focusing on Industry Challenges and Exploring New Paths for Solar-Storage Integration
With the theme of “Harnessing Solar Power in Jianghuai, Leading the Future,” the forum provided in-depth analysis of the current status and future trends of Anhui’s photovoltaic and energy storage industries. During the roundtable discussion, representatives from Toyon Energy and other industry guests engaged in extensive discussions on the topic of “How to Break Through Under the New Policies,” covering technology development, innovative applications, market expansion, and policy support.

During his speech, Mr. Liu, Vice General Manager of Toyon Energy, pointed out that with the global energy transition, the advancement of the “Dual Carbon” goals, and the introduction of the new 430 and 531 policies this year, the distributed photovoltaic industry is facing both opportunities and challenges. As an important region for new energy development, Anhui Province is gradually becoming a major hub for distributed solar and energy storage industries due to its abundant resources and supportive policy environment.
He stated that Toyon Energy has always been committed to technological innovation and market expansion, actively promoting the integrated application of photovoltaic and energy storage technologies. Through innovative solar-storage integration business models, the company hopes to explore a new development path for the new energy industry in Anhui Province and across China.

Mr. Liu emphasized that the solar-storage integrated system solutions launched by Toyon Energy combine distributed photovoltaic power stations with energy storage systems. This effectively smooths photovoltaic power fluctuations, improves power quality, and enhances the stability and reliability of electricity supply to the grid.
For commercial and industrial users, the system can take advantage of peak and off-peak electricity pricing by charging during low-price periods and discharging during peak-price periods, thereby reducing electricity purchasing costs. At the same time, it reduces dependence on the grid and helps avoid additional costs caused by insufficient grid capacity or high demand charges.

Empowering the Dual Carbon Vision Through Solar & Storage
Through in-depth communication and cooperation with industry peers at this forum, Toyon Energy not only expanded its market channels but also made positive contributions to technological progress and market development within the industry.
Looking ahead, Toyon Energy will continue to uphold the principles of innovation-driven development, quality first, and sincere service, while continuously strengthening its core competitiveness. In terms of technological innovation, the company will continue increasing R&D investment and exploring more advanced technologies and solutions. In market expansion, it will actively develop both domestic and international markets to increase market share. In industrial collaboration, Toyon Energy will strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises as well as research institutions to jointly promote the high-quality development of the photovoltaic and energy storage industry.
Toyon Energy remains committed to contributing to China’s “3060” Dual Carbon goals and working together with industry partners to create a brighter future for solar and energy storage.
